PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This was a £2m commercial redevelopment project of Custom House at Merchants Quay, Newry. The exciting new development is reported as being the largest scheme to be undertaken in the City for nearly a decade.
Standing on a 0.7acre site on what was the former tax office, the development comprises a striking 3 storey commercial building. The ground floor provides 5 retail/business units, the first floor is occupied by South Down Dental Clinic and the second floor comprises office/residential accommodation.
