PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Ashby is a noted 1964 building complex within the Queen’s University of Belfast providing accommodation to several Engineering Faculties.

The project entailed refurbishment and upgrade of 6000 sq. meters of laboratory space devoted to teaching and research as well as office accommodation.A further part of the project was engaged in renewal of services infrastructure.

The works were conducted while the building remained live and operational, demanding sectional completions which was carefully managed and delivered.
