PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project involved the refurbishment of phase 1 and phase 2 of this landmark David Keir building at Queens University Belfast. Working to a tight timescale and budget we met the client’s needs, mindful of the fact that we were working during the academic teaching year and minimum disruption was key in delivery. The works comprised upgrade of existing workshops and laboratories. There was some minor demolition works together with installation of new partitions and additional fixtures and fittings.
