J.D.McGeown Ltd are delighted to announce their appointment by Down Developments Ltd for the Electrical Services Element of this NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The works cover the Main Antrim Area Hospital Site and 15 No adjoining properties and is for an initial duration of 12 Months with an option of 12+12 Months Extension. J.D.McGeown Ltd are no stranger to this project having been the incumbent Electrical Services provider directly to the NH&SCT from 2014-2018.
